Part 7 – The Great Banquet
Scripture: Luke 14:1-15
The parable of the great banquet challenges our understanding of true humility, teaching us to set aside pride and allow others to take places of honor—just as Jesus did for us. As followers of Jesus, we are called to be like Him by setting ourselves apart from others, not by looking down on them, but by uplifting them. By humbling ourselves in this way, we begin to prioritize the gospel and adopt a Godly mindset, standing in contrast to the self-centered mindset of the world.
