Jesus’ death on the cross was not just about freeing us from sin but about leading us into a new life. He calls us not only accept His grace, but asks us to lay down our desires and take on His. In doing so, Christ gives us a new identity, transforming us from the inside out. As our desires align with His, we are made whole and no longer slaves to sin. Instead, we are grafted into God’s heart, walking in the new life He has given us.
